All items must be returned within 2 weeks from delivery. f an item is not as described or if the quality is not as high as expected we would be happy to exchange the item with a new one. Just send it back and we will send you a new one, charge free (buyer covers the shipping costs to have the item returned to us). If the item is unique and cannot be recreated we will refund you the full sum minus the charged shipping costs. |
